Return Policy

(i) If you wish to return for a refund any Products which were supplied in error, were incomplete, damaged or faulty or in the event that  you exercise your statutory rights, return of such Products must be within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of Products with proof of purchase.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories, the consignment note and a note to state the reason for returning.  It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the Products have been returned, by returning the item by registered post or by such other means which gives proof of date of postage and delivery.  We recommend that you return the Products by means which allow you to track their return and which insures you for the value of the Products.  We do not accept liability for Products which are damaged or lost during the shipment.

If you have received the Products as a gift, the Products must be returned by the original purchaser.

(ii) You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.  Where you have received the Products as gift  we will contact you using the email address given at the time of return or where this has not been provided notification will be sent to the original purchaser.

Please note that we will not process your refund until we receive the Products. Once we receive the products. we will :

a) Examine the Products you have returned to us to verify whether they are faulty, damaged or if they do not correspond to their description on the website;

b) At your option where the Products are faulty, damaged or if they do not correspond to their description on the website: either replace them with non-faulty or or refund the price paid for the Products.  Save that where you have requested, and we are unable to replace the Products, we will refund the price paid for the Product.

c) Where the Products are neither faulty, damaged nor do not correspond to their description on the website, customer will have to pay for postage before we can send a replacement.
