When an order had been processed and paid for online, you will have to call us on our freephone and we will do our best to help.

I live outside of UK, are there any restrictions?
Depending on where you are having your purchase shipped, deliveries outside of the UK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. all products are sold and a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please be aware that recipients outside of the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. It is advisable to check these details before continuing with your order.
